What's For Dinner?

..lots of leftover beef roast from yesterday, however, today is the only decent day in the forecast (with not much wind and no rain) so going to have a BBQ this evening and have the roast leftovers tomorrow evening

BBQ pork chops, corn on the cob and a garden salad. Nestle cone for dessert.

We have some leftover chicken from last night and a lb (used to weigh that in the old world) that needs to be used up so we will be having cub house sandwiches obviously using chicken instead of turkey

It’s really hot here today and we are out on the patio right now, keeping cool in the shade.It’s going to be an easy dinner and one we haven’t had since last summer. Bbq smokies, grilled onions and peppers and a potato salad.

Last night I made BBQ Sausages with leftover Potatoes

Tonight we are on the run so will see what we come up with

Tonight is taco Tuesday. Needed a quick dinner before running out for sports. Had cooked taco meat in the freezer. Peppers/lettuce/onions/sour cream and cheese that needs to be used up. Will grab another package of soft wraps from FB on way home for 1.88 (still have some left but kids use these for everything)

..lots of leftovers from the last couple of days so will use those up, not much fuss for a cold, windy, rainy day! (beef roast, mashed potato , chops, & salad) (the leftover mashed potato I'll mix with minced onion leftover green peas & carrot and make into potato cakes and fry until golden brown, yummy with ketchup!)

Taco Tuesday courtesy of Taco Time. I have hard ones, husband soft, plus mexi-fries.
Gosh I could only eat one taco, with a few bites from another, maybe six fries.
I had ordered four, so will have the others tomorrow.
