I think there must be bad weather coming in as I have a massive headache so just going to make chicken fingers and fries, quick easy 1 sheet pan meal

Going to a dinner party tonight. Another couple is coming over for drinks first so I’m making a charcuterie to serve our guests.

I will cook the bison steaks today so they can be enjoyed over three days with rice or veggies or whatever I can scare up as a side dish. Don't want the steaks to be lost (they are vacuum-packed on the tray).

Pressure cooked up 5 large blade steaks last night with lots of large diced onions. Removed the meat when it was all nice and soft, added some russets to the pot and then steamed up some broccoli separately. That will be the dinner for tonight while we watch the Leafs and Capitols play in freezing cold temps outdoors! Brrrr...better them outside than me!
