Was working off site with a co worker and had a late lunch and wasn't hungry for dinner so I picked up a free pizza for Mom on the way home.
2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Day 25: Mac and Cheese (KD) with octoberfest sausage at DHs begging request. I held off as long as I could .
Day 26: DH was still full from a work lunch meeting so I finished off the last of the stew
Day 27: Using the last of my frozen naan and making roasted veggie pizzas with a mexican flavour and salsa (mini naanms so I'll make several)
I am soooooooo excited that tomorrow is my last day!!!!!

Tonight i had the Marie Callenders creamy chicken alfredo which was pretty good. I would say the three meat marinara I had a few days ago was slightly better. Got 5 mixed kinds of them at Giant Tiger a few days ago for $4.99 each. Had it with some Garlic bread and there is some leftover I will probably have for lunch Wednesday.

Had BK, I didn't have lunch so i ate a whole Whopper (!) and about 10 fries.

Last night I made homemade burgers with sliced cucumbers last night.
Tonight I have a beef roast in the slow cooker. Will serve with Mashed potatoes, gravy, fresh broccoli and asparagus.
Tomorrow: Roast beef/Peameal roast. Left over potatoes and veggies. Rice and pasta side with cheese.

Tonight is a mix of what can I use up as it is dinner alone tonight. Well Cleaning Freezer on the weekend we found some sausages that we used to buy but Mom decided she doesn't like now so I will have one tonight for dinner. As well we had 2 small leftover Baked Potatoes and some leftover Roasted Veggies I will heat up to go with the Sausage.
