What's For Dinner?

Was not feeling the best last night so I just made Pasta with Butter and Parm on it for me and Mom had left over Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

..getting ready to go to the cabin for a few days....planning a bbq for this evening as the weather is supposed to be good..(no wind)

@SassyAshley Feel better, Sassy! Tonight I'm making up an appetizer plate. DH had a huge lunch, which means he will be only so-so hungry for dinner. I'll cut up a few nice cheeses, crackers, fry some bacon strips and cut up some summer sausage. That, with dill pickles, etc, will be nibbles while watching the news together. We do this about once a week when nibbles are really all we want.

Last night I was going to make a stir fry as everything I needed was on sale but when I got to the store the selection was less than stellar so instead since it was just me I had leftovers of Roast Beef, Gravy and Mashed Potato.

I will try take 2 tonight on the stir fry as normally my local store seems to get fresh produce on Wednesday so fingers cross I can accomplish a stir fry tonight.

Last night was if you can find it and it has little or no prep that is the plan. Mom had leftover Chicken and Potatoes with Gravy, I had a Cesar Salad with Garlic Bread.

Tonight we will eat out between shopping and heading to Bro's for an announcement he and his gf are making (I vote engaged) so we will see what we feel like.

We made way too much of all the taco meat and add ons so we will enjoy that again tonight

I haven't a clue. My husband is taking me out for dinner. Yes!

..been at the cabin all week. It was marvelous. Overindulged!! Its a friends birthday party tonight, they asked me to make sandwiches, so I'm making a few+ different varieties--in the cooler I had cod nuggets & turbot cheeks thawed so will be cooking those for supper...

Honestly at this point it looks like Pizza, Mom is working, I have to work from Home today and have so much on my plate that yeah thinking let's keep it simple order pizza.

Whole salmon, not sure of the sides yet, likely cauliflower rice and some sort of green stuff, LOL
