Deep fried chicken wings with vegies and a dip
..cooking a beef roast, mashed potato, carrots, corn, etc
I have some Chicken Chunks I need to cook so thinking I might make Cesar Salad with BBQ Chicken Pieces and Garlic Bread
..I have a lot of time on my hands today so might spend it in the kitchen making dishes for the next couple+ days....
Going to indulge myself with a couple of rounds of french fries and gravy
Chili Pot Roast, over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
..didn't do much cooking yesterday lol, decided to defrost the freezer instead (BIG JOB! :yikes:) and have leftovers...defrosting chicken legs today, not sure what I'm going to have with them yet, maybe shake-n-bake and fried rice....
The plan for tonight is to make Steak Sandwiches which will be marinated meat with Onions & Mushrooms and will make Oven Fries to go with it. Normally I would add in a Salad but both of us took Chicken Cesar Salad for lunch and Mom is not always a fan of the salad so might be pushing my luck to serve a second Salad in one day.
Youngest is having eggs/toast/hashbrowns and sausage! Thinking French toast!
The most likely prospect tonight is cooked fettucine with one of the Classico spaghetti sauces. And some cubed roasted sweet potatoes.
We both are going to have a assortment of sandwiches using the cold cuts we purchased a few days ago
Chicken burgers and salad greens! First BBQ of the season!
..going to the cabin for a couple of days..still lots of "winter" left here...-10 feels like -19 but temps are mild, cold, mild, cold, etc..so the ponds will soon (maybe even this weekend) be too unsafe to travel over by ski doo, etc...this evening a bunch of us are deep frying fries & wings, etc..I'm cutting up carrot & celery sticks to take before leaving...I'm bringing the Fluffo! LOL
Tonight- Ribs and fries/onion rings
Thursday- Chicken, potatoes, green beans
A group of us from work will be heading to Boston Pizza tonight for dinner. Will have to see what I decided to have but Chicken Parm is always an awesome option.
