Salad, ribs and fries
Baked potatoes, tuna and asparagus. healthy eating- day 2 :(
Depending on how late I get home tonight (late meeting out of town) I might make Chicken Fajita Bake, To keep the side happy I have to cut down on the spice in the dish and usually just have a small serving which I make into a Salad.
The upside to this is I can now turn this into anywhere from 3 to 4 meals instead of just 1 well still making one batch of the recipe.
Last night was tomahawk prime rib, with curry cauliflower and roast potatoes.

Pork tenderloin with canned green beans. I am not supposed to eat any pasta bread potatoes rice etc etc because of my test tommoro.
Mom veto the Fajita Bake which worked in my favour since my meeting ran long so instead she made Taco Meat. I will sprinkle just a small amount over a Salad
..have ground beef thawing so will probably make Spaghetti and garlic cheese bread
We went north for the weekend so today we are have the leftovers we brought back. BB ribs and wings.
Resident at my trailer as of the weekend and have been feasting on great food.
Today, poured rain ALL day, so its oven backed pork chop, reheated bacon wrap asparagus and Summer Fresh pad thai salad.
