Dry rub Butt chop indirect on the BBQ, with grilled mixed veggies.
Way too hot today when you do not have AC and running out of pre cooked food so I gave in and ordered Pizza
My daughter is making home made pizza today.
woo hoo! At 8:30 this morning I picked up 6 trays of butterfly pork chops....so lean, one chop to a tray, Metro had the the trays marked 30% off so my OOP was under $2.00 for each one. They have now been pounded flat, floured, egged, crumbed and fried in liberal amounts of butter.
Schnitzel for dinner boys!!
Chicken wraps with cooked chicken that need to be use..not going to use the stove too hot.

..my family visiting from ONT is returning tomorrow (I have another batch arriving at the end of the week :-)) I have a ham in the oven now to get ahead of today's festivities ...and cream cheese "softening" so I can make a blueberry cheesecake this morning as well
*reading above how hot it is everywhere, its been so cold here +10-12 all weekend with rain and fog, the high for today is +14, hopefully we start to get summer weather soon :bawling:
