hubby is working day shift today and tomorrow, so he will be bringing home banh mi (vietnamese subs) today and A&W plant based burgers and onion rings tomorrow. He already had the plant based one and said it was good and he would have it again so i'm intrigued. Then on friday, we'll take advantage of Harvey's 50x scene point when you dine at their restaurant and we will try their lightlife burgers with their digital coupons of course

This evening's choice was cubed butternut squash, roasted in the oven. Mixed with fresh red onion and yellow bell peppers and baby spinach. Light vinaigrette to tie it all together. Topped with homemade croutons.

My guys have a long weekend coming up, so they only require one more work meal after today....I might make it an easy one..... Breakfast for Dinner! The 18 pack of eggs are on sale at FB starting tomorrow, so that helps.

Going to Bro's for dinner but Mom is cooking it and bringing. His request is Mexican, Nachos for dinner and Apple Crisp for dessert. Mom is making homemade Taco Meat (we always make homemade) and is apparently going all out with toppings so we will see.

steaks and cheesy rice for us. Got 3 nice steaks from rcss at 30% off plus 200 PC points per $1 spent so they turned out cheaper than going to a restaurant.

I made "Sheppards Pie" using ground beef, it turned out really good. I usually have either too much meat mixture or too much potato but this one was just right

Tonight was soft tacos. Filling was shredded cabbage, chopped home grown tomatoes, Tabasco sour cream, and pork strips sautéed in red onions and chipotle peppers and sauce.
