Last night I went to grab the chili to hear up but discovered the container was Lazy Lasagna which I totally forgot we had. So dinner ended up being Leftover Lazy Lasagna, Cesar Salad and Garlic Naan

Leftover roasted chicken dinner tonight, will have to cook some new veggies to go with - son took the rest of them home yesterday with leftovers.

On his own, he does eat salads, but says the only time he has cooked veggies is when he is here, so I make sure I have extra cooked to give to him when he visits.

..going for Chinese food this evening but its a stormy day here with a lot of rain and high winds so plans may have to be canceled...don't really have a plan B, if we lose power it could be just sandwiches

Pantry surprise pasta, given that some staple grocery items have run out and I've eaten my bargain apples (good snacks last night).

Leftover turkey rice soup and Italian paninis.

After the comments I am looking forward to trying stuffing my next chicken. My mother has already emailed me her basic recipe for her stuffing that I grew up with.

My wife must have something bad to tell me as I came home to one of my favorite meals. Oven BBQ chops, twice baked broccoli and cheese potatoes and corn on the cob.

Last night I got home to no plan for dinner so I heated up some leftover Lazy Lasagna from the weekend and made a Cesar Salad. Dinner done and no take out involved.

My wife made a dish called Alice chicken and the recipe came from Allrecipes and it was really good. on the side she made tossed salad and steamed brocolli

I haven't posted much because I've been trying to figure out my vegan diet and didn't want to just post salads lol. Last night I made vegan "tuna" melt using Daiya vegan cheese slices and Tonight just vegan "tuna" on toast. Both topped with sriracha hot sauce. Also threw in a pic of one of my protein packed salads from a couple days ago. It had broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, celery, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, spring mix and a vegan dressing.
