It was a long day. I made fish sticks, french fries, and red grapes for supper. An easy win with our kids.

Enjoy your party tonight Keljo!
we are going to a fundraising banquet at an assisted living home where we volunteer. It’s kind of fancy, cocktail attire and heels, which I love❤️
Its a plated dinner and I’ve chosen the prime rib, I don’t know what dh opted for, guess I will find out!

...if anyone is looking for a quick & easy dessert recipe try this one: grab a keebler ready made pie shell (graham) or make your own, add a thin layer of berry jam (I use field berry) to the bottom of the crust, top with a single layer of blueberries (I use frozen) then mix a softened pk of cream cheese with 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar & tsp vanilla until smooth, pour over the blueberries and fill the pie shell..bake for 30 min @ 350...cool completely, then put in the fridge for a few +hours to set and when ready to serve top with cool whip....soooo yummy
