What's For Dinner?

...just getting back from the cabin, it was another amazing, fun weekend.....tired, not many zzzzzz's, dinner will be whatever leftovers are in the cooler.....

Homemade Pizza and Caesar salad. Chocolate cake for dessert.

Came home to French onion soup. Already had bowl number one and about to have number 2 and may have another one a bit later

It’s trivia game night here...making wings, bacon wrapped scallops and crudites

Last night we had Nachos with Homemade Taco Meat

Tonight was Wings for Mom BBQ Chicken Breast for me, with garlic parm noodles & roasted Cauliflower

Breakfest for dinner.Fried eggs,patatoes patties some bacon and orange juice.

Tonight’s supper was pan fried pork steaks, leftover rice, unsweetened apple sauce, sliced grapes, strawberries, and steamed cauliflower.

Made jambalaya last night along with Cajun green beans.

Tonight's plan is Tandoori chicken, curried cauliflower, red curry lentils and jasmine rice.

Last night I made bacon, eggs and toast (used up the last few bread slices from the freezer!)

Tonight roast beef with veggies and something. Cooked the roast over night in the slow cooker so it is already sliced and in the fridge.

I found chicken thighs marked down at RCSS on my lunch break so I have half the large tray cooking in the slowcooker now for tomorrow nights dinner
