    I got busy before the Leaf game started last night and was able to grate the Mozz, thaw the ground beef and saute it, slice the shrooms and onions, opened up 3 jars of sauce and had to boil up 3 single lasagna noodles because I only had 17 of the oven ready kind and I needed 20.
    Had the thing assembled and in the oven just as the puck dropped!!
    They won too!!

    Life has been insane for the last almost 2 months now, working over 60 hours a week plus weekend so today is my I am not doing anything day (wanted the weekend but have dinner at Dad's tomorrow and still need to decide what I am taking) so I am not even cooking dinner.

    Pizza has been ordered and should be here any minute plus they had a special on sides (which I like more then the pizza) so we are also getting Chicken Poppers, Wedges and Arancini too.
