    Goodness knows how, but I lost a pound and a half since Tuesday...
    I was kind of scared to get on that scale with the nurse there!

    Husband was tuckered out and didn't want to cook, so he went and got mall Chinese food - a very good place - food is always fresh, plentiful, and inexpensive. Usually enough for two meals out of two combos.

    We had birthday parties to attend both Friday and Saturday night and I’m itching to cook today...just not sure what! I am working a volunteer bartending gig that starts at 5:30 so I thinking a late lunch or early dinner.

    We are taking my youngest daughter out to a local pub/grill to celebrate that she got a full time teacher position on the school board. This is a huge deal for her and we are extremely proud

    Sunday dinner was always a big thing in our family either Mom had Sunday dinner before taking bro home or Step Mom made Sunday dinner before Dad brought me home, depending on who had us for the weekend. With that being said I decided I wanted to make a nice Sunday Dinner tonight so I am making:

    I just ground some fresh chuck and going to grill burgers along with a Caesar salad...then I will eat lots of mints so my customers won’t get a garlic odor from me tonight 😎
