    We put together a big roaster dinner, with 10 big drumsticks, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Son is over, so we will also have corn off the cob.

    Mom think she is getting a cold so pretty sure tonight's dinner will be roast chicken so we can use the carcass to make chicken broth for soup. She will probably make Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and some sort of veggie to go with it.

    The son who cooks did salmon, it was yummy and I don't like fish. I did not have the heart to tell him so when he texted me to say he had taken salmon out of the freezer for dinner I figured I eat salmon sometimes in restaurants and this kid cooks restaurant quality meals and this way I did not have to cook.
    Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

    Gosh the restaurant meal we had last night was amazing! Tonight I’m making a pork roast with mashed potato and gravy, steamed carrots of all colours. Afterwards we are going to a dance at our club and dessert is being served there.
