Tonight will be Lazy Lasagna and probably a a Garlic Bread bun, since there are only 2 of us I always use buns instead of a loaf of bread to make garlic bread as we never seem to each the whole loaf anymore.

Dear Wife made chili last night so we will have that with garlic bread.

Outside round roast, potatoes, gravy, and a vegetable. Candidates are carrots, turnip, peas. Hmmm, don't have to chop peas...

Chili - ground beef, onions, celery, carrots, peas, corn, cauliflower, mushrooms, kidney beans (not my fave, but husband bought them instead of chili bean combo, so I chopped them up - sad that I had no baked beans), chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce - oh, and I chopped up leftover brussels sprouts fine so they will probably just disappear. Will serve over pasta.

I am going to throw a beef roast into the oven to cook all day. I will make some mashed potatoes when I get home.
