thanks @SassyAshley !! See? THIS is another reason why I read through what everyone's making and eating.
I grabbed onto your " breakfast for dinner " post and went with it for the guys next work meal!
I was cooking up bacon, making a little batch of home fries and scramblin eggs. Easy peasy as they say!

Needed simple today, my 2 meetings turned into 4 so we just made Nachos with Melted Cheese and as a bonus last time we made Homemade Taco meat we made extra and froze it so it just needed to be reheated.

The fridge is stocked, anyone hungry can get creative today and all day and night on Saturday because on Father's Day we are doing the Mandarin Take out. I wasn't a complete cooking " Grinch " because this a.m. I whipped up 6 sausage/egg McMuffins
( yeah, made them one-at-a-time ) in my handy dandy machine.

I pulled a package of Homemade Pulled BBQ Chicken we made a few weeks ago in the Crock-Pot, we made Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Homemade Potato Chips and Cesar Salad.
I think next time we go shopping I will buy more Chicken and make a bigger batch of Pulled BBQ Chicken, I think I prefer the Chicken over Pork and it is great for a quick meal.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

We did takeout this evening. Tried a new Korean resto in the neighbourhood. D*mn was it good! One of the best I have had in Toronto! They were a bit late on having the order ready for pickup and even though I said it was not a problem and I understood the situation and was not put off by it, they insisted on throwing in a bottle of Soju in compensation! Cannot say no to that!

A huge pot of Beef Stew and Dumplings. Great day for it...raining and cold. It was so cold in fact that my furnace kicked in. In June....who would have thought. Lol. Have a good day everyone
