Tonight I am going to try a new recipe for Spinach & Ricotta baked pasta. It looks like a casserole version of Spinach & Ricotta stuffed shells which would be nice change for a quick work night meal vs the time it takes to make stuffed shells.
Normally I make the recipe once exactly how written the first time I make it. But I do think for this recipe I am going to tweak it a little bit as the original recipe is very simple (not always a bad thing) but one thing I have learned when working with Ricotta is herbs and seasonings go a long way. So I will be adding a few of our favourite Herbs and Seasonings to the mixLast edited by SassyAshley; Mon, Nov 30th, 2020 at 09:54 AM.
