Mmmm. it just came out of the oven!
My famous oversized lasagna! Recipe uses 1.5 blocks of " whatever " cheese. I used 4 different types in this one. 25 oven ready lasagna noodles, 3 lbs lean gr. beef, 4 large onions, 3 jars sauce, layered in sliced mushrooms to use them up. Waiting for the thing to cool down fully and then set up firm is the toughest part!

Yesterday I made a small pork roast, potato and onion foil packet, carrot sticks, and our first garden salad of the season. The salad contained romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, and Swiss chard. Yummy!

We cooked up a turkey the other day to make room in our freezers (I would prefer to use the space for whole chickens vs a turkey) tonight Mom will have a Hot Turkey Sandwich, I will just have turkey with gravy and I am thinking we will make Oven fries and Steamed Mixed Veggies
