    copycat recipe: Chili's southwestern eggrolls.
    basically the filling is made of chicken chunks, spinach, red bell pepper, corn, Monterey jack cheese, cumin, chili, salt and pepper
    wrapped in tortillas then deep fried
    we had no avocado so could not make avocado dipping sauce; we just used bottled ranch

    Nice thick boneless pork loin chops. Bread crumbed and baked. The fellows made their own sides to go with, naturally they chose spuds and brown beans!
