Mom is making an Asian BBQ Pork Chop recipe she found online with Sliced Garlic Potatoes & will make some Corn as a side dish since I grab a huge bag of Frozen Corn from Costco on our last trip for something different.

Thinking it might be the Slow Cooker Ground Turkey & Sweet Potato Chili I made on the weekend kind of night since I now have a meeting at 3:30 and not sure how long it will go. I also made Cornbread to go with the Chili

We're having burgers and salad as well. We're trying some grass fed ground beef, we've heard it's quite good.

I put a pork roast in the slow cooker this morning, it smells heavenly!!! I was going to add the veggies to the slow cooker but don't really like it when they turn out all mushy so seeing that I'm home today mashed potato/ rutabaga & sour cream, carrots, peas, stove top, gravy, etc

Just like kids who have a few coins in their pocket anxious to buy something from the store, we cooked up one of the Butterball frozen turkey rolls that we bought from FB. Made Stove Top stuffing, still had some leftover homemade cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving and boiled up wedges of cabbage.

we will be trying some banana leaf wrapped guanime dish that my husbands Venezuelan coworker gave him. Like tamales she said.
