    I changed plans last night and tried a beef stroganoff recipe from Campbells. It was good but need a "punch" of something during the simmer. I added peas as well.
    Tonight we're having a late dinner of chicken fried rice..we have the ingredients prepped so it's just a quick fry when we have a late dinner.

    Counting ALL of my blessings today, right now DH is making us poached eggs over toast with fresh slices of tomato and brewing a pot of tea to go with. Game time in less than a half hour! Go Canada ( IIHF ) Go!!!!

    We're trying the Pizziolla kit that we bought with the CO51 offer and coupons. I certainly wouldn't be hired at a pizzeria, I had dough all over my hands lol. Anyways, it's resting now and then DH takes over the rolling out of the dough. We're trying it with pepperoni from Marc Angelo that we've found to be quite tasty. The kit reminds me of the Kraft Pizza kits they used to sell years ago. (No mixed herb pack or parm cheese in this kit tho)
