What's For Dinner?

DH & DS have decided to do " their thing " again for the weekend. I was given notice today that they will be making both lunch and dinner meals for S & S and even making their own work meal for Monday up ahead!
I love being spoiled like this but at the same time I'm wondering what's their angle?
Did one of them break something of mine and they're trying to ease into the confession slowly??

cath007 i love croque monsieur! And any kind of cheese will do. Leftover stew tonight for hubby and im going to make myself a chopped egg sandwich with green onion. And cut up fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple, apples, banana and a pomegranate).

My guys made up an adorable stuffed chicken in the air fryer. Sides were cooked carrots, a large cast iron pan of Frittata, some leftover mashed spuds and garlic bread. None of us could move after we ate.
DS is already starting on the Shepherd's Pie for tomorrow.

Im going to make garlic spare ribs for tonight. I have the spare ribs defrosted and hubby cut them into pieces. Later this afternoon im going to par-boil the ribs and then make them using the VH sauce. Im getting lazy in my old age so using shortcuts. Im also making Chinese fried rice and hubby just left to go to Metro to pick up some Wong Wing eggrolls. Thats another thing i stopped making by hand. Years ago i would spend the whole day making eggrolls and would make about 80 and freeze them for winter, but not anymore.

By the way, if anyone wants to have my eggroll recipe just ask and i will post it here.

Homemade burritos. Frozen leftover beef mixture and beans we had 1 dinner; we already have some leftover rice so I just need to make some quac.

Why did FreshCo have to have the 640 gr. trays of O'Sole Mio fresh Manicotti on for $7.00? DH and I agreed we NEEDED one!
Topped it with a jar of Classico sausage meat sauce and fresh Parm and set it in the oven to bake. We're hopeless.
