    I pulled out a Pork Roast last night which I have no put in the Slow Cooker, Tonight will be:
    Balsamic Pork Roast in the Slow Cooker with Mashed Potatoes and Veggie (TBD) I am thinking maybe Roasted Carrots

    lots of ham & scalloped potatoes leftover, I might make a macaroni salad to add something different this evening and pickup fresh bread at the grocery store later (Foodland today you can redeem turkey bucks for an Easter ham or turkey, I have enough bucks for both or just a pay a little difference, so I cooked a ham yesterday to make room in the freezer for a new one!)

    hubby worked a day shift today so he's going to swing by china town and pick up a vietnamese banh mi (baguette) and 1/2 an order of bbq duck for me. He's going to fix his mom's rice dish for himself and our girls.

    yesterday was ground beef patties with black pepper sauce and mccain patatoes wedges with sour cream
    Today: TGIF!!!! Osole Mio Alfredo pasta and sorento lasagna(because of the iga 2 for 1 deal,well worthed) with maybe a salad
