What's For Dinner?

We're making our supper and then taking it over to the neighbour's so we can all share
I am making...deep-fried chicken wings in teriyaki sauce, pasta salad, and homemade potato chips (with Epicure dips, lol).
Neighbour is making...grilled pork and mango skewers and coleslaw...it will be a feast!
Oh and...plenty of cold beer and good company!

i bought those pasta noodles that look like WHEELS and made them with some sauce and what not ... anyways, littleman devoured them saying he likes to eat tires lol

bub - I've loved wagon wheel pasta ever since I was a kid - and my son grew up liking it too for the same reason as yours!

It's so funny but I am really picky about pasta.... I love cappellini and spaghettini, but not spaghetti, linguine, or fettucine. I love penne and rotini but not macaroni, rigatoni, or bowtie pasta.

I also love lasagna, manicotti, and canneloni (all vegetarian of course)

And now I'm hungry lol

Tonight I made baked spaghetti. I first cooked the spaghetti, then chopped up asparagus and mushrooms. I mixed the spaghetti with that and some grated mixed cheese. I put it into a small casserole dish and added clam chowder. I topped it off with a bit more of the cheese and bread crumbs mixed with parm cheese. I baked it at 375 for about 15 mins. I served it with spinach salad. I was so happy how it turned out.
