Tonight I am having Mediterranean style baked casserole which has fresh spinach, garlic, feta cheese, tomatoes, rainbow pasta, and other yummy things. The best thing about dinner is that my boyfriend is going to make it all while I relax!

Last night I tried a new recipe I used chicken legs and thighs...
In a pot I added 2 cups water, 1 cup ketchup, half a cup brown sugar and a pkg of french onion soup. Combine all ingrediants in a pot, add chicken and simmer until chicken is done. It was sooo tasty and the sauce left over I used over wild grain rice I made. Everyone ejoyed it!
