Tonight will be some sort of casserole with ground pork - at first, I was thinking maybe in a mushroom sauce, topped with mashed potatoes, but now I'm thinking maybe I'll make Chinese Hekka, since I have cabbage...

Stir-fry veggies for me.

DH just reminded me that we have steaks in the fridge that he picked up yesterday...so thats what we'll have...with some sort of tater and he's out now picking up fresh asparagus....but it's so rainy out there for a bbq....

lol I was on nights all weekend, we go back and forth every two weeks and they're 12 hours shifts. But my mommy makes us dinner in the morning :excited: so it's always something quick and easy like KD and ham or back bacon lol

i'm home alone tonight (woot!) so i'm having leftovers, too lazy to cook for myself :)
