Pita pizza's with bbq sauce, cheese, red onions, red peppers and drizzled balsamic vinegar (since I made myself hungry in another thread LOL) and lemon pie.

Last night was honey garlic chicken (made in crockpot) with rice - yes all gluten free!
Tonight were gonna try rice pasta with an organic mushroom tomato sauce and on the side tomato and cucumber salad.

I have a tuna melt sandwich on multi grain bread in the oven right now for lunch. For dinner I think we're going to have a make-your-own-pizza night. I got some English muffins, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions, pepperoni, red peppers, mushrooms, and I am going to grill up a chicken breast. I'll cut everything up and then my boyfriend and I can make our own personalized pizzas the way we want. Fun!
