It was super duper yummy!!!
Tonight I will have to do something with the chicken before it spoils.

How did you cook the slugs, er, escargot? Or were they just canned ones - if so how or what did you eat them with? Or were they the type that come frozen in pastry? Do you like them?
I can't bring myself to try them. My son had the type in pastry at my sister's and just loved them.
-----
For supper we had double smoked smokies, baked in the oven, pasta, beans, and coleslaw. Husband also added on leftover chicken and potatoes because he eats like a horse.

The snails came in their shells in a tin plate with garlic butter already to go from walmart. You just have to take the little tin plate and pop it in the oven at 300 for 12 mins. They were not bad and I thought ok for $5.00.
LIke this,lol.
