Tonight will most likely be a southwest chicken salad with caramalized corn, black beans, salsa, and homemade guac.

The rest of the week will be a roast in the slow cooker and leftover sammies , stuffed chicken breasts, and loaded baked potatoe soup also in the slow cooker!

tonight will be mini pizzas courtesy of my fiance! He makes them using a whole wheat pita as the crust, then tops with pizza sauce, fresh minced garlic, onions, fat free ham slices, tomato, cheese and pineapple. MMMMMMMM.

Today is DH birthday so I am making his dinner order..LOL. Halibut and fries and onion rings. The halibut is fresh so I hope I can remember my beer batter recipe..LOL

i made french toast pancakes scrambled eggs hashbrowns english muffins sausages and bacon and fruit salad which i forgot to put out

Baked steak, with onions, mushrooms, celery, tomatoes - served with some sort of pasta (I'd love potatoes, but we're out), and a salad.

Last night was Stouffer's Skillet Sensation (Alfredo chicken thingy). It was ok but nothing to write home about.

Tonight will be baked breaded chicken strips (panko crumbs and spices) with a shredded salad with beans and corn. We had the pot roast first so now the salad
