DH and I went out tonight to celebrate the finalizing of our sale He had a schnitzel St. Jaques(with shrimp and scallops) and I had the chicken medalion which is stuffed with mushrooms. We each had a glass of Domaine de Chaberton (a local winery here ) and I had creme brule and DH had cheesecake for dessert It was simply wonderful!

2 halves of a stuffed chicken breast : feta/sundried tomato/spinach, & polenta/goatcheese/roasted peppers with tri colored baby potatoes and grilled asparagus (DH cooked)

Last night I cooked some meatball in the crockpot with Honey and Garlic Sauce and put it on top of plain rice
Tonight we are having a homemade macoroni and cheese casserole with breadcrumbs!

We're babysitting our friends dog and decided to have an impromptu dinner party. So it's steaks on the barbie (veggie burger for me!), mini roast potatoes, corn, broccoli and chocolate brownie cheesecake for afters (thank you President's choice!)
