I had some recipes sent to me to be part of the Chatelaine Home Recipe testers so I'm giving those a go. It's Chicken and Dumplings tonight for DH and our neighbours.

Anyone knows what i can do with canned baked beans and chicken breasts? i also have rice, cheese (mozza and cheddar), canned tomato, different spices. I was thinking of a bake dish but i googled for different recipe and couldn't find anything i can use with the ingredients i have at hand. TIA.

YOu can cook the rice in chicken stock and then add the bakes beans and add the spices. At the last minute add the canned tomatoes and top it off with some cheese. In the meantime cook up the chicken breasts and serve with your rice.

Wow, just stumbled across this thread and love it! I like to cook and just got a new mediterranean cookbook for xmas, so tonight I am trying:
"Chicken, Chorizo and Chickpea Paealla." Never tried it before, so hopefully it is good!

Probably be seeing some mediterranean dish postings from me for the next little bit. :)
