Homemade pizza...trying out pizza dough in my breadmaker for the 1st time :)
Taking the easy way out ... precooked bbq pork back ribs (just put on wire rack in oven and cook until sauce bubbles - 30-45 mins.
... prepacked mixed chinese veggies and sauce in a can (5 mins!) ok 8 mins, I have to get the bag out of the freezer ! lol
... steamed rice (2 mins. prep time, 20 mins. in rice steamer)
Ok 15 mins. prep, - ribs on the rack and in the oven, chinese veggies in the saucepan on hold for stir frying, and 2 mins to put rice in rice steamer
time plus 2 mins to make a nice cuppa matcha tea
sit with tea and knitting for 20 mins. dh will be home, run to the kitchen while he's coming in the garage and porch, turn on stove and pretend I've been slaving away !!!

ordered boston pizza take out. i had a stromboli w/ fries hubby had some bacon creamy pasta thing. nummies! tomorrow sweet and sour meatballs with rice and brocoli

got lazy and ordered panago. cleaned all day and felt bleh..
i got a good deal i think. $24.94 for 2 medium pizzas,a large caesar for lunch tomorrow,and breadsticks.

Takeout last night - I had chicken fingers, fries, and Greek salad. Saved half of the salad for lunch today.
Tonight - something from the freezer - probably M&M chicken wings...
yesterday was shepherds pie, which everyone inhaled (a miracle), today will be chicken wings and potato wedges, not sure of dessert yet
tonight will either be bbq'd hotdogs or fish and chips or maybe DH will take me out ;)
