Made Linguine with pesto using the loads of basil from my aerogarden. Added some grilled chicken and fed DH and the neighbours.
Me, still deciding, but since it's midnight and i'm in bed, probably nothing :D
got real lazy so i picked up some subway - "Five. Five dollars foot long" darn song stuck in head :D
clubhouse sandwiches with soup
pork tenderloin today..but not sure which way.guess ill figure that out.my bbq is out of propane so maybe slow cooker...or oven...
last night was turkey ala king with rice and mixed veggies
made the kids one of their faves last night shipwreck dinner!
On Wednesday we had sushi from our favourite place, on Thursday I made a roast beef with veggies and potatoes, yesterday we had leftovers, and I think that today I will make a chicken stir-fry. :-)
Ravioli lasagna with sausage and mushrooms from January's issue of Chatelaine (which was a freebie lol)
Will make a small salad to go with it.
