I have some lean pork to use, so probably will do a stew/casserole - just because I can put everything in a roaster and shove it in the oven for a few hours!

tonight we are having lasagne but I just prepared the marinade for tomorrow nights pork chops. It is a portuguese recipe my friend gave me and is very basic-6 crushed garlic cloves, paprika, 4 bayleaves, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, ground black pepper and 1 cup water. I LOVE how the marinade smells-sooo gooood. I will grill them tomorrow evening along with some veggies and roasted potatoes.Oh how I wish it was tomorrow!
We're having cabbage rolls tonight. :D

I'm not 100% sure but I am leaning towards cheese and trees ;). It's mac and cheese and broccoli. I might heat up the defrosted lasagne that my mom made earlier.
