    wednesday was dh's bday so he chose chicken wings, rotisserie pork loin and rice...there was so much leftover, we ate it again last night lol...tonight we are off to montana's as a few of dh's coworkers got him a gift card for his bday so we are going out for dinner

    Hm... I never know what to call stuff I just throw together, so let's go with a 'kinda stirfry thingee' for last night.

    I steamed carrots, celery, cauliflower and broccoli, added sauteed shrimp and lots of garlic - then used a bottled stirfry sauce to pull it all together. Served with ramen noodles.
    Well, wowsers, was it ever spicy (but tasty!), so then I knew it would just be for my son and husband. Luckily I hadn't used all the shrimp, so I just made some of it separately with steamed cauliflower and broccoli for me, with some noodles and leftover rice.
