What's For Dinner?

Went to No Frills to get carrots and bread, so how did I end up walking out with 6 small trays of very meaty pork ribs? The sale price grabbed my attention I suppose.
( $24.00 total for the 6 pkgs)
Nope could not wait, had to put those on slow cook in the roast pan with some of that Mama Sita's pkg. seasoning all over them. Finger lickin good as they say!

Oy, how I miss 'real' cooking, but with a very hurt back, I can barely shuffle around...
My sweet son made popcorn chicken (frozen Best Value from GT, not bad); oven fries, and leftover marinated veggies.

I bought m&m's stuffed chicken breast (unbreaded) so i'm going to make those, long grain rice cooked in chicken stock and mixed sauted veggies and garlic then sprinkled with cheese and baked in the oven (yummmm), and some farm fresh green beans.

Husband and son will be out golfing for work (lol!), so will be having a BBQ there.
I'm guessing I'll have a sandwich...
