I'll heat up Jamie Oliver's seafood pie for husband - got them BOGO a while back, and he really loved it.
I'll pick out some seafood pieces from there, but can't have it since it's full of cream and cheese.

I'll cook up some sole for myself, have with leftover rice and veggies.

Dh wants fish sticks and french fries, now in the oven. I'll do up some fresh veggies to go with it. Cauliflower, carrots, celery, and sugar snap peas. Don't forget the big glass of milk.

Diet pepsi is not recognized as a significant source of dietary fiber, or anything else for that matter.

..traveled of the island today...made it to the land of grease & junk food..what a great day.......the first thing I did when I made it to town was go to Tim's, tried the white chocolate & cranberry muffin..soooo good...for lunch I took it easy and had a mama burger & onion rings at A&W, for dinner it was Mary Brown's Fried Chicken....so good...instead of the Big Mary chicken sandwich I had the new Cran Mary Chicken burger, big, huge crunchy, yummy chicken fillet, with stuffing and a sauce which I guess was mayo & cranberry sauce and with it I had taters..and brought home with me the biggest bucket of fried chicken they had,,will freeze for later (after I'm finished with it tomorrow) lol !!! yummo!!
