    Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Tomato Rice Soup. Broccoli and Raisin Salad on the side. Love the Broccoli from NF's this week. I can't seem to get enough of it. LOL. Oh well, Until someone complains I will keep enjoying it. Have a good night everyone

    Beef stir fry with mushrooms, red peppers, green onions and bean sprouts. Steamed rice and a few chicken wings from the freezer. Yummy

    Day 2 of no cooking for me with a hurt knee - husband headed to Sobey's for a roast chicken ($10). There were no potato wedges, so he picked up some baby roasted potatoes (and didn't look at the price - they were almost OMG $9 just enough for three servings - but they were good, alas I had to add the seasoning.) Asked him to get a small coleslaw ($2), which he did but WOW was it spicy, he even found it that way, but really tasty - it was an oil and vinegar sweet dressing. Then there were the onion rings (med box for $3) - I had gotten them from there once before and they were horrid and dry - but YUM they were absolutely fabulous today!
    Fresh crusty buns from the bakery, too!

    Chicken Casserole. (I think it is a chicken paprikash style casserole) It was made for me by a good friend. I think there is even some spaetzle in there) I am craving a spinach salad too.
