Still lots of homemade chicken soup left, so we will have that - and if we need more food, there are leftovers to choose from, or sandwiches to make.

Last night's supper I used leftover roast turkey (from the freezer), cooked it in a mushroom sauce, served with boiled mixed veggies, and speghettini.

Tonight was was a cheap healthy meal. Johnsonville garlic sausage ($1.60 from Sobets after sale and $2 coupon), home made cheddar and mozza perogoes, and large cabbage rolls. The cabbage rolls and perogies were free because I traded a lady st the farmer's market all of my green tomatoes at the season and I got 4 dozen perogies, and 2 dozen cabbage rolls in exchange. This is the second year that we have done this.

..its a friends birthday today so a bunch of us are going out for dinner, chinese I think...the big party is Saturday

Tonight is the last of leftover Beef Stew, kind of sad it is all gone it was delicious

Chicken casserole - leftover chicken, sauteed onions and celery, carrots, peas, corn, green beans - in mushrooms sauce, Stovetop stuffing over top. Hope it works...
Salad to go with.
