Dh was the cook! Sauteed green peppers, onions and tomatoes with just a sprinkle of chili powder and Chicken Parmesan from a bag of Stouffers Sensations ( ha ha ) The glass of wine made it extra tasty! Sliced fresh pears for dessert.

Olymel chicken chunkies (the box says seasoned, it should say SPICY! - my tongue was burning, but they were good - 'real' chicken); beef rice-a-roni (yes, I like to mix my proteins); mixed veggies; and I had plain lettuce cut up with thousand island dressing.

Wow, no one else cooking on a Sunday?
Son was over, so his choice as to how I made items: roasted chicken pieces, with garlic and herbs - as long as they got crunchy on top was what he wanted; roasted potato wedges with lots of dill; meagre (not much choice in the veggie drawer) salad with mighty caesar dressing and ff onions (gee, they are good, I could just eat them plain - had never tried them before).

...cooked a roast and had hot roast beef sandwich with home fries, peas, carrots, etc. Lots of leftover beef for sandwiches over the next couple of days. Dessert was the star. I whipped up a Duncan Hines chocolate chunk brownie mix and added to it reese mini cups left over from Halloween..and when it was still a little warm topped with butter pecan ice cream
