    Last night we were at a pond party. My BIL always barbecues the pig and the rest is pot luck. Lots of salads...potato, macaroni, caesar...cheese tray, nachos and desserts!!! oh my. Watermelon, strawberries, grapes, pineapple and then the good stuff. lol Peach cobbler, cheesecake, chocolate cake, cookies, icecream cake. I know there was more but I can`t remember what.

    I've already bbq'd some hamburgers to have for supper tonight. I had the turkey drumsticks on indirect heat, so I figured I may as well not let the hot grill go to waste.

    Currently it's 37 out so BBQ again. I'm thinking of Mexico fusing with Indian and doing a Mexican pizza on naan. Loaded with fresh shredded salad, tomatoes, avacado, and the other fixins'. More fresh veg and dip as a side and an appy.

    Leftover chicken thighs, fresh corn on the cob, cucumber salad, and a big glass of milk.

    Corn is currently cooking and LO is busy eating some fresh (expensive) green grapes.
