Last night's dinner was The Keg ( curbside P.U. ) using a $100.00 GC from 2019 Christmas! ( ty DS#1 for that )
DH had prime Rib, garlic mashed, add-on shrimp and veg. I had 2 lobster tails, baked spud ( all dressed ), roasted, diced sweet potato and broccoli. Talk about Yummo!!

Spent most of the day in the Kitchen baking/cooking for Christmas. I am done so keeping it simple for Dinner. Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches (BBQ Chicken Pulled from the Freezer) with Oven Fries on the side.
Normally I would make a Caesar Salad because I am obsessed with the combination of BBQ Sauce and Caesar Salad but I do not have any lettuce cut up and it just isn't going to happen today.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

DH and his side kick ( DS, helper ) have been a going concern getting the bathroom shower reno completed before our guests come on the 24th-25th.
So how could I argue with the 2 of them over wanting the Swiss Chalet Festive meal? DS is paying so who am I to rain on their parade?

well hubby is working evening shift so just me and my girls for dinner; i didn't know what to make so i made their favorite: steamed white rice and crispy bacon with apple slices on the side. They got their love of rice from me and their love of bacon from their dad. hahaha

I have a piece of leftover Roasted Beef in the freezer I will put out and I have leftover Mashed Potatoes in the fridge. It is a Shepherd's Pie with Mushroom Gravy kind of night.
I was going to try to talk Mom into making dinner rolls to break in the bread machine (our's broke this week and found a new one on sale for an amazing price) but my ambition is lacking so might give up on the dinner rolls2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
