My hubby and I went out for Italian tonight, We both had Veal Parmesan, Green Lasagna and a Tossed salad with a bottle of red wine. We didn't have any room left for dessert. It sure was a lot of fun for a Tuesday night.

We had leftover chicken and turkey, so I made a casserole with tomatoes, macaroni and lots of other veggies.

Son came for supper. I made what Englishers call rib soup, I guess - we call it in Ukrainian, barley soup. Broth from ribs boiled a few days ago, with pearl barley, rice, potato, celery, onion, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, and lots of dill. It's my son's favourite soup.
Alongside, served Chorizo rolls I made - but normally they are made with ground pork, today for the first time I used ground chicken. They were okay, but I will go back to using ground pork for them.
