I have some lovely jumbo shrimp so I'm going to grill those on the bbq later (brush with sweet onion vinaigrette) will make some rice on the side burner and prob grill some veggies as a side, it is very windy here today so hopefully the wind will drop-out later or otherwise plan B (saute in a frying pan)

Making burritos; everything was on sale @ the independent for making burritos- tortilla shells, hamburger, tomatoes, Spanish onion, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, (already had salsa) and burrito seasoning. I had a bunch of cooked Mexican beans I had in the freezer, added that to our 'burrito bar'. Dessert will be the big a$$ watermelon that was on sale for $3.xx

I've been abusing my body being on vacation and came home to a messy kitchen. So I am going easy with grilled cheese and then an early night with my pvr.
I owe my best friend a birthday dinner so I think tomorrow will be a bit more exciting...have to give it some thought.Opening a fee-free Tangerine account using my Orange key: 43034602S1 You will receive a $50 bonus from Tangerine.
