the other day I made a very large one of these,
( cream cheese and hot sauce mixture on bottom, veggie, grated cheese on top.
( 2 views thanks to google images lol)
but we ran out of the nice Tostito Restaurant Style chips to scoop the dip with.

Been cooking most of today to prepare ahead for the week. Made roasted chicken/potatoes, slathered some BBQ sauce over chix at the end. Roasted a large pork loin ( great sale on them at FreshCo today) sliced it all and placed it in BBQ sauce as well ( 3 out of 5 here LOVE their BBQ sauce! lol)
Then did a large-ish pan of Shepherds Pie. The house smells yummy right now.
Later I am doing up my fresh veggies ( blanching them and freezing in small amounts)
( FreshCo had lovely green beans on for .99/lb) I'll do them and the broccoli and carrots. That way they are not going to wilt before I get to them.
