Dr Oetker pizza. It's OAMC day here at my place. I cook for a man in my building who is in need of a hand at the moment. The last thing I want to do it dook anything else today so boxed pizza it is. :D.

Sunday - roast chicken with stuffing, potatoes, gravy, carrots, and a huge salad.
Felt bad because my son was sick, and by the time he woke up in the evening, our power was out, so we couldn't reheat the food, so he just had a big chicken sandwich - then later a can of flavoured tuna!

Tonight I'll just put the leftover chicken in gravy, serve over the potatoes. I have to roast a big chicken breast yet to add, since there wasn't that much leftover.
