Question? What's in a vegetarian shepperds pie? What do you use instead of ground meat???

Spoken like a true vegetarian . I used YVES soy ground round, carrots, onions, peas and corn. Mixed it all with mushroom gravy and topped with mashed potatoes and sprinkled with a little nutritional yeast.

lol well I'm not vegetarian but I do have to say I havn't been eating very much meat at all lately! and since I work with kids I am open to all different kinds of food... (add being allergic to wheat in that equation) but seriously as far as tvp if someone told me what it was and then i tried it I don't think i would like it as much as I do hahaha.
