Left over turkey loaf for DH and I'm still deciding. I think I'll have some tomatoes on toast. We're both getting sick, so not much of an appetites.

take 1 or 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, take labels off can/s, put unopened cans in a pot of water (do not open cans) bring water to the boil, turn heat down enough to simmer water, simmer for 3-4 hours (make sure water does not evaporate), take cans out of water, let cool, open and voila you have golden coloured toffee.

I put this in my brownies or cheesecake or use this to fill cakes and oh is it delish!! Easy version of dulce de leche I think that's how you spell it
