OY! Us, too! I had expected to have a filling or extraction done at the dentist, so didn't plan anything for supper - however, nothing was done...
So takeout it was - German combo for son and me, husband had dry ribs.

Patty, turkeys are .99/lb here next week. I really want a turkey this year - not husband's fave, but I think I'll overrule him this year... We had ham last year, duck the year before.
Tonight we're having BBQ burgers - there aren't going to be too many days in the high teens left!

I have a seasoned pork tenderloin in the oven. I am going to make betty crocker scaloped potatoes and steamed veggies to go with it.
Tomorrow I am going to use some of the pork tenderloin in a stir fry veggies. I will make (brown) fried rice to go with it.
I will ultimately freeze some of the pork tenderloin for future meals, since I am only cooking for one. I cook meals on the weekend to enjoy during the week when I am busy on my internship as a high school teacher.
