Yep it is. Mango salsa with cilantro and red peppers (I forgot the red onions) and coconut basmati rice. I used talapia cause it's such a mild fish and works with any flavours

I WAS going to make DH some veal cutlets and rice, but I am toooo tired, so I am just going to get him some Subway for dinner tonight.

We have a wedding tonight so it'll be pasta with cheese for me, standard wedding veggie good, and I think DH is having cornish hen.
